Please note that we only accept returns and exchanges of items based on the following requirements:

• For returns to be valid, items purchased must be returned back within 7 days of receipt.
• Any manufacturing defects on products must be returned back within 7 days of receipt.
• Returns and exchange are allowed, providing that all items to be returned are in good condition with its original packaging and have no visible wear or use.
• Original receipt must be presented for return & exchange.
• No exchange and returns for ceramic products, seat covers, and installed products.

Return of sale items are not allowed and all items purchased via our online store can only be returned at our shop.
